South Fork Ranch Municipal Utility District NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of South Fork Ranch Municipal Utility District (the “District”), at a meeting held on March 31, 2026, adopted a Resolution Establishing Rules and Regulations Governing Use of District Facilities (the “Resolution”). Violation of any of the rules contained in the Resolution will subject the violator to penalties, a fine of up to $20,000 per breach and/or day and may include payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation.
