Pursuant to Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of the Texas Local Government Code, and other applicable law, it is the intention of the Williamson County ESD #7 to select a prime contractor by using the competitive sealed proposal process for the construction of buildings and site work located at Florence Fire Station No. 1, 301 South Patterson Avenue, Florence, Tx. 76527 and at Andice Fire Station No. 2, 14955 RR 2338, Georgetown, Tx. 78633. The successful proposer will be required to furnish payment bonds and performance bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, in accordance with Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code, within five (5) days of the contract award.

The successful proposer will also be required to pay $1,000 per day in liquidated damages for each day the new fire station does not reach substantial completion as agreed on in the Contract Documents.

Selection of the successful proposer will be based on the selection criteria set forth in the instructions to proposers. In case of ambiguity, duplication, or obscurity in the proposals, the Williamson County ESD #7 reserves the right to construe the meaning thereof. The Williamson County ESD #7 further reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive any informalities and irregularities in any and/or all proposals received. Contractors and subcontractors shall pay to laborers, workmen and mechanics the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Williamson County ESD #7.

Under the authority and by virtue of an ORDER OF SALE dated and issued on the 28th day of June, 2024, pursuant to the judgment of the Honorable 395th District Court of Williamson County, State of Texas by the clerk of said courts as shown in the following schedule of cases, Cause Number 22-0342-C395: Lakeline Ranch Homeowners Association Inc, Plaintiff(s) recovered a judgment on the 16th day of February, 2023 against Emed Omer Yousif Osman and The Secretary Of Housing and Urban Development (In rem only), Defendant(s) in the amount of:

$ 4,028.95, plus costs of court, associated fees and interest.

To me directed and delivered as Constable in Williamson County, I have seized and levied upon the following property on July 10th, 2024 at 11:00 am and will on the 1st Tuesday of September 2024, that being September 3rd, 2024, at the Williamson County Courthouse Annex, 405 MLK in Georgetown, Texas between the hours of Ten O’clock A.M. and Four O’clock P.M. proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all of the right, title, and interest of the said Defendant(s), Emed Omer Yousif Osman and The Secretary Of Housing and Urban Development (In rem only), in the real property as described below in order to satisfy said judgment, interest, penalties, and costs.

Any properties sold shall be subject to the right of redemption of the defendants or any person having an interest therein, redeem, the property or their interest therein if allowed, within the time and in the manner provided by law.
