To me directed and delivered as Constable in Williamson County, I have seized and levied upon the following property on December 5, 2024, at 1:00PM and will on the 1st Tuesday of February 2025, that being February 4, 2024 at the Williamson Co. Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on January 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $25,000 will be required to post a payment bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon contract execution from an approved Surety Company.

PAMELA RUTH DAWSON MINTON, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on the 6th day of January, 2025 an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION of the said estate and requests that the said Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the said KENNETH ROY MINTON, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interest in such estate.
