Pursuant to Chapter 59, Texas Property Code, and Gotcha Covered Storage located at 6805 RR 2338 Georgetown Texas 78633 will hold an onsite auction of property being sold to satisfy a landlord’s lien at Gotcha Covered Storage.  Sale will be at 10am on Saturday February 3, 2024.  Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash only.  Property will be sold Per unit.  A deposit of $100’s for removal/cleanup will be required.  Units must be emptied within 48 hours of purchase.  The seller reserves the right to not accept any bid and to withdraw property from sale.  Property being sold includes Lots of glass bowls, cups, dishes, bar stools, carpets, white fold out tables, Xmas items, glass plates etc. Other units have household items, beds, furniture, lots of boxes, bar stools, clothing etc.  Items in units of the following tenants: Lucia Perez, Lennie Duchane for information contact Manager at 512-868-0202.

An Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas, amending the Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Budget due to conditions that resulted in new program requirements in the current year, and due to the timing of capital projects and other expenditures approved in the prior year; appropriating the various amounts thereof; repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions, including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.


Triton Incident Management  (License 0654674VSF) 512.252.2727 has the following vehicle impounded at 16209 Terrace Dr., Austin, TX. This Vehicle was impounded for expired registration from, 16900 FM 620, Austin TX. 78681. The car is a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe Blue. Charges are $185.00 plus $28.85 per day storage beginning on January 24th, 2024. Vehicles must be claimed and charges paid by the registered owner by March 24th 2024, or will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. Failure of the owner or lien holder to claim the vehicle before the date of sale is a waiver of all right, title, and interest in the vehicle and said owner or lien holder consents the sale of the vehicle at a public sale. Lien holder further appoints Triton Towing as agent to execute said release and any and all documents as may be required to dispose of the vehicle.
