The Board of Directors of Williamson-Liberty Hill Municipal Utility District (the District) will publicly receive sealed bids on their $4,880,000 Unlimited Tax Park Bonds, Series 2025 (the Bonds) on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 by 9:00 A.M., CST, at the offices of the District’s Financial Advisor, Specialized Public Finance Inc., 248 Addie Roy Road, Suite B-103, Austin, Texas 78746. At a meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 12:00 P.M., CST, at the offices of Gray Engineering, Inc., at 8834 North Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 140, Austin, Texas 78759, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.

OFFICIAL NOTICE
The following is a substantive statement of certain rules adopted by Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (the District) relating to backflow prevention and cross-connection control for protection of the public drinking water supply (the Rules). The Board of Directors of the District adopted the Rules in accordance with the authority set forth at Section 54.205 of the Texas Water Code.
The Rules generally establish a backflow prevention and cross-connection control program governing the installation, testing and certification of backflow prevention assemblies to protect the District’s potable water supply from the possibility of contamination or pollution by preventing backflow into the public water system. The Rules generally prohibit a direct connection between the public drinking water supply and any potential source of contamination, and require isolation of potential sources of contamination by an air gap or an authorized backflow prevention device. The Rules require the periodic inspection and testing of backflow prevention assemblies.
In the event any person or entity violates the Rules, the District may suspend water service to the service connection as necessary to protect the public water supply. The Rules also authorize civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation to be assessed against any person that violates the Rules or fails to comply with a Notice of Violation issued by the District. The District may also secure injunctive relief against any person violating the Rules in order to require compliance.
