NOTICE OF RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS
Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 19C (the “District”) has adopted Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Facilities and Systems (the “Rules”) to protect the District’s utility and drainage facilities and systems (collectively, “District Systems”), and the water quality within the District. The Rules regulate activities during development and construction, and require the submittal of related plans; the installation, maintenance, and inspection of erosion control devices and construction dumpsters; and the removal of construction debris. The Rules prohibit any foreign materials or debris (including motor oil, grass, leaves, or tree clippings, trash, construction debris or silt) from being placed, thrown, disposed of, deposited, discharged, or allowed to migrate into the District Systems. Breach of the Rules may subject the violator to a penalty in an amount $500 per offense together with the payment of all costs incurred by the District in connection with the violation. Each day of violation will constitute a separate offense.

The City of Jarrell is accepting Requests for Qualifications and Proposals for Operation and Management of Municipal Water & Wastewater System/Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and facility tour will be held on June 2, 2023 at the City’s main office at 161 Town Center Blvd., Jarrell, TX 76537 starting at 9:00 AM. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions regarding the system as well as the RFP. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with the above may be distributed at this time if available, and a tour of the existing facilities will be offered. No additional Statement of Work questions will be entertained during the tour. The ONLY questions permitted at this meeting shall be questions of an administrative nature concerning the solicitation and construction of the response.

Questions will be compiled, and responses will be issued to all potential proposers via email no later than June 14, 2023. The City will not be bound by any oral statement or representation contrary to the written specifications of this RFP.
