NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Florence, Texas will hold a public hearing at the City of Florence City Council Chambers, 851 FM 970, Florence, Texas 76527, on December 5, 2023, at the regular meeting of the City Council commencing at 6:05 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan under which an impact fee may be imposed. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.
