The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

RFSQ #25RFSQ7 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Systems and Commissioning (MEPFC) Pool

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on December 18, 2024, at 10:00AM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 1:30 PM CST at the above mentioned location.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Cool Water Municipal Utility District (the District”) has adopted a Second Amended and Restated Cool Water Municipal Utility District Order Establishing Park Fees (the Amended Rate Order”).  The Amended Rate Order establishes, updates and amends, the fees, charges, related rules, and rates applicable to the development and administration of park and recreational facilities provided by the District to its residents.  Breach of the rules in the Amended Rate Order may subject a violator to potential penalties.  The full text of the Amended Rate Order is on file in the principal office of the District at Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Ave., Suite 1300, Austin, Texas, where it may be read by any interested persons.
