Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of South Fork Ranch Municipal Utility District (the District), at a meeting held on September 9, 2024, adopted a Rate Order and Regulations Governing Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections, which provides rules and regulations for connection to the District’s sewer system and drainage system, as well as charges for these services.
Violation of any of the rules contained in the District’s Rate Order and Regulations Governing Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections will subject the violator to penalties, which includes a fine of up to $10,000 per breach and/or day, disconnection of water and sewer service, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and civil and criminal legal action.

LARRY HILL, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on the 24th day of September, 2024 an ORIGINAL APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION of the said estate and requests that the said Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the said VONNY MARGARET RICE GARDNER-HILL, A/K/A VONNY MARGARET RICE-GARDNER-SMITH, A/K/A VONNYE MARGARET RICE-GARDNER-SMITH, DECEASED, and their respective shares and interest in such estate. Said application may be heard at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on or after the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of publication of this citation, at the Williamson County Justice Center in Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas.
All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court on or before above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 October 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

For Goods and Services: A respondent submitting a bid on a goods and services solicitation exceeding $100,000 may be required to submit a bid bond in the mount of 5% of the total contract price, payable without recourse to Williamson County, Texas. The successful respondent on a goods and services contract exceeding $50,000 may be required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, if required by the county, from an approved Surety Company.
The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court, or reject any and/or all responses.
The receipt of electronic responses will be registered in Bonfire. The Time-Date Stamp Clock
located at the Williamson County Purchasing Department will serve as the official clock for the purpose of verifying the date and time of receipt of paper responses.
Respondents shall submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents. Payment will be made by the respondents preferred method as filed with the Williamson County Auditor’s Office, provided that respondents preferred method of payment is a form of payment acceptable to Williamson County.
