Four arrested in possible Cedar Park ‘jugging’

In what Cedar Park police say was a likely a bank jugging incident, four Houston area men were arrested December 28 and are being charged with Engaging in Organized Crime with Robbery, a first degree felony. The suspects are John Carter, Roderick Glenn, Shawn Johnson and Rodney Wilson.
