Georgetown City Council hears plans for bike paths, downtown fixtures

A new book locker funded by the Friends of the Georgetown Public Library could be coming to the Carver Center for Families.
The locker would allow someone to check an item out online through the Georgetown Public Library.

City rejects bids associated with Austin Avenue Bridge rehabilitation

In late November, the City of Georgetown opened up bids for a project to reconstruct Austin Avenue between Second Street and Morrow Street. This would have included the rehabilitation of the Austin Avenue Bridges over the North and South portions of the San Gabriel River.
