Williamson County officials celebrated multiple road project completions with ribbon-cutting ceremonies at the beginning of December. The projects — located in the northwest, north and northeast portions of the county — aim to improve mobility for residents.

Williamson County Commissioners Court approved the reorganization of American Rescue Plan Act Funding to assist the Granger community with growing infrastructure needs. “Part of this problem is that Granger has been a sleepy little town for so long,” Granger Mayor Monica Stojanik said.

Granger High School students get published

Thirty-one sophomores from Granger High School were selected to be published in Young Writer’s Hunted: The Search is On. The book is a 6-inch by 8-inch softcover and is scheduled to be delivered to the student’s school at the end of November.
