Williamson County completes framework for new headquarters

Williamson County officials commemorated the structural completion of the new county administration building Friday afternoon with a topping off ceremony.“The topping out ceremony celebrates a monumental moment in the construction of any building,”  Commissioner Valerie Covey said.

New year, new faces

Historic clock rings again on the Square in downtown Georgetown

Visitors to the Square may have noticed the tolling of a bell not heard in years. The historic clock atop the Williamson County Courthouse has finally been repaired and rings out in roughly 15-minute increments from the bell on the east side of the dome.
