Three-story mixed-use concept granted courthouse view waiver

After a public hearing Tuesday, January 23, a conceptual design for a three-story building at 200 West Sixth Street was given a waiver that would allow it to potentially block the view of the courthouse from Interstate 35.

Georgetown finalizes Courthouse View Corridor waiver process

Georgetown will allow developers to apply for waivers to the city’s Courthouse View Corridor restrictions following a November 22 city council decision. The waiver process was approved with amendments upon second reading.
