Brass Peacock speakeasy opens near City Post Chophouse

A new prohibition-era themed bar with a secret entrance is hiding near City Post Chophouse, just off the Square.Brass Peacock had a soft opening this fall, and is set for a grand opening early in 2025.

Businesses serve up Thanksgiving cheer on the Square

Businesses from all around the Square worked with The Caring Place and Helping Hands of Georgetown November 19 to serve traditional Thanksgiving fare at the Georgetown Public Library to 200 members of the community.
