Georgetown Area Junior Forum helps community, gives away purses

The Georgetown Area Junior Forum will host the third annual Chicks for Charity Designer Purse Bingo to support charities and nonprofits in the area. The event will be held October 10 from 6 to 9 p.m., doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Representatives of Georgetown Area Junior Forum on June 1 gave $1,400 in donations as well as non-perishable pantry food items to Helping Hands of Georgetown.
