Tree of Angels returns for 10th year in Wilco

Williamson County will hold their 10th Tree of Angels Ceremony at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, at the historic courthouse, 710 South Main Street.
This ceremony is a special memorial to the victims of violent crime and their families.

Wilco sales tax update: Round Rock, Leander see slight decrease in November sales

While monthly sales tax collections continue to increase for some Williamson County County cities, revenues in Leander, Round Rock and Thrall saw slight decreases compared to the same period last year.

Wilco Homeless Coalition to conduct point-in-time count

Attempting to identify the number of people experiencing homelessness in Williamson County, the Wilco Homeless Coalition will conduct its second point-in-time count this winter. The volunteer-led count is scheduled to take place in late-January.

Wilco burn ban lifted

In the wake of the recent storms, County Judge Bill Gravell lifted the county’s burn ban on Friday, October 28.
The ban was put in place 10 days prior on October 18 because of extended dry conditions.

Wilco sales tax update: Liberty Hill, Taylor see 100 percent increases in sale tax revenues this month
