30 years of service: Williamson County honors retirement of first African-American bailiff

The 26th District Court in Williamson County was decorated for a special occasion. Balloons and snacks lined the room, and laughter permeated the air. 

County employees from the justice departments and the Sheriff’s office filled the courtroom, all to celebrate retiring bailiff Stephen “Steve” Miller and his 30 years of service on Febuary 27.
