    North Barker Street Project breaks ground in Thrall

    Williamson County officials, in partnership with the City of Thrall, broke ground on the North Barker Street Project on Monday, June 29. 

    This project will repave the roadway, add an eastern connection between North and South Barker Street and make drainage improvements.
