In a joint meeting, Jarrell City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission heard a presentation on the Downtown Master Plan September 1.
Ethan Harwell, a planner with engineering firm Kimley-Horn who presented the draft plan, said the master plan is a 30-year vision for the city and will take some time to complete once implemented. No formal action was taken.
