Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code, Section §2269.255-256, it is the intention of Chasco Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Williamson County Fleet Services Addition located at 3151 Southeast Inner Loop in Georgetown, TX to select, via proposals from trade contractors and subcontractors, for provision of all labor, material, and equipment and for the performance of all major elements of the work required to complete the Fleet Services Addition including, but not limited to selective demolition, site work, building concrete, structural & miscellaneous steel, masonry, standing seam metal roofing, framing, glass & glazing, coiling doors, doors, frames and hardware, all interior and exterior finishes, PEMB at the alternate and MEP and for this project. WBE/MBE/HUB and DBE certified companies are encouraged to submit proposals.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal jobsite walk will be held at the building location on Thursday February 6th, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Proposals may be delivered to Chasco Constructors, 2801 East Old Settlers Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78665, or uploaded to BuildingConnected. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 19th of February 2025. Proposals must be labeled WilCo – Fleet Services Addition. Any addenda must be acknowledged in your proposal at the time of submission. All e-mailed proposals must be uploaded through BuildingConnected. No proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled submittal deadline, and any received after the scheduled submittal deadline may be deemed non-responsive and subject to rejection.
Proposals will be privately opened and reviewed in a manner that does not disclose the contents during the selection process to a person not employed by Chasco Constructors or Williamson County. Further proposals, clarifications, and information may be requested of proposers submitting timely proposals without further notice or advertisement. All proposals shall be made public after the award of the contract or not later than the seventh day after the date of the final selection of proposals, whichever is later. All proposals will be reviewed, evaluated, and recommended to Williamson County by Chasco Constructors.

In the event of ambiguity, duplications, or obscurity in the proposals, Chasco Constructors reserves the right to construe the meaning thereof.
