The Sun has a part-time customer service position opening at our office on the Square. We’re looking for someone who will assist callers and visitors in a warm, cordial and efficient manner, and who will work with the rest of the Sun team in a helpful, contributing way. The position requires a person who works with minimal supervision, and who pays close and accurate attention to details.
The work consists of:
- General reception of visitors, either by phone or in person.
- Helping customers with their advertising and subscription needs.
- Entering and changing data in advertising and subscription spreadsheets.
- Monitoring emails and coordinating legal advertisements and public notices
The Details:
- Part-time, 28-32 hours weekly, schedule may vary.
- After an initial probationary period, pay is $20/hr.
