YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday, February 01, 2023 - before the Honorable 368th Judicial District Court of Williamson County, Texas, at the Williamson County Justice Center Courthouse, being located at 405 Martin Luther King Street, in the City of Georgetown, Texas. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: “You are hereby notified that suit has been brought by Plaintiff HUTTOPARKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. by and through its attorneys of record, Jeffrey Libersat of Cagle Pugh, 4301 Westbank Drive, Bldg. A, Ste. 150, Austin, TX 78746, against Defendant Cindy Dequine, regarding 316 Finn St., Hutto, Texas 78634, and more specifically described as: Lot 9, Block U, HUTTOPARKE SECTION 6, a Subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet BB, Slide 230, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas. This suit is for a Foreclosure.”, as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs.
