    The 2026 Red Poppy Festival is here, and to kick things off, Dysfunction Junction took the main stage in downtown Georgetown Friday night. 

    There's two more days of fun this weekend.  Downtown parking is available at the following locations: 

    • City parking garage, 502 South Main Street 
    • County parking garage at Rock and Fourth Streets 
    • Public lot on Austin Avenue between Fifth and Fourth Streets 
    • Public lots on Martin Luther King Jr. Street at West Eighth and West Sixth
    • Handicap parking lots at 10th and Main Streets and Eighth and Forest Streets 

    Visitors can also park at Georgetown High School and East View High School. Free shuttle service will be provided at the high school to and from downtown. Downtown shuttle drop off is at the sunflower parking lot located between Seventh and Eighth Streets and Rock and Martin Luther King Jr Streets. Shuttles will run from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 26.
