It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, sister and friend, Audrey Elizabeth Sanders, on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Audrey was born on October 16, 1992, in Llano, Texas to Mike and Janet Sanders. From a young age Audrey demonstrated a love for animals, a loyal heart, and an adventurous, indomitable spirit. Whether it was riding a horse bareback in the pasture as a girl or scuba-diving with sharks as an adult, she was truly courageous and embraced a challenge.
An incredibly hard worker, Audrey excelled in both academics and her career. She graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Marine Biology and later built a successful career in firearm and uniform sales, managing major contracts for a variety of law enforcement agencies and military clients.
Audrey loved to travel, especially to destinations with sandy beaches and open water. Among her family's most cherished memories are trips shared with her to St. Maarten, Key West, and New York City. A true sushi connoisseur, she appreciated diverse foods and flavors of all kinds. Audrey loved spending time with her family, whether sharing a meal or playing a competitive game of cards. She held a special place in her heart for her nephew, Kipling, always making dedicated time to spend with him. She will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and co-workers.
Audrey is survived by her parents, Mike and Janet Sanders of Georgetown, Texas; her sister, Natalie Robinett and husband Louis of Round Rock, Texas, and their sons, Isaiah and Michael; and her brother, Geoffrey Sanders and wife Hannah of Nacogdoches, Texas, and their children, Kipling, Adelaide, and Vincent.
She is also survived by her aunt and uncle, Jeanie and Gary Larremore of Llano, Texas; her cousins, Will Larremore and his wife, Justine, and their daughter, Mikayla, of Granger, Texas; Bart Larremore and his son, Justin, of Fredericksburg, Texas; and Lesa Scott and her daughter, Larren, of Llano, Texas; along with many beloved extended family members and friends across Texas and New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Patricia and Vaughn Sanders of Llano, Texas, Barbara Alexander of Tow, Texas, and Bobby Joe Grisham of Sulphur, Louisiana.
Care and arrangements are being handled by The Gabriels Funeral Chapel & Crematory of Georgetown, Texas.
