Purse bingo raises more than $300K for Williamson County kids

Funds raised at the Children’s Advocacy Center’s seventh annual Heroes, Hope and Handbags Purse Bingo fundraiser on September 12 are expected to top $300,000.

Held at the Sheraton in Georgetown this past weekend, more than 800 attendees dressed in different themes filled 80 tables. The goal of the night’s festivities was to raise money to fund the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center.
