Clarence Burl Crow Jr.

Clarence Burl Crow, Jr., of Belton, Texas, went home to be with the Lord after a long and faithful life. He was born April 19, 1932, in Mineral Wells, Texas, and married the love of his life, Edethe Ann (Bullock) Crow, in 1951.

Clarence served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later worked over 36 years with American Petrofina, retiring as Manager of Product Supply and Distribution. A devoted husband, father, and “Pappy,” he was known for his faith, integrity, and love for family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Edethe Ann; daughter Brenda (Gary) Smith; son Steve (Jan) Crow; grandchildren Nathan, Ryan, Amberly, Nelson, and Rachael; and great-grandchildren Ella, Nolan, Cameron, Carter, Campbell, Caroline, Brynlee, Cooper, and Callum. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Sr. and Minnie Jane Crow; son Richard; and sisters Minnie Burl Griffith and Lena Jo Walker.

A memorial service will be held at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple, Texas, on November 8 from 10:30-11:30 a.m., with visitation following. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels Georgetown or Christmas with Love, First Baptist Church Georgetown.
