Elsie Ruth (Fielder) Posas

Elsie Ruth (Fielder) Posas, age 82 of Eminence, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. She was a native of Georgetown, Texas. Elsie was a cook for most of her life.  She was the daughter of the late Charles Berthel and Mary Katherine (Wininger) Fielder and she was also the granddaughter of the late Jeb and Nettie Fielder. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manual Posas, Jr. and a son, John Wayne Reynolds.

Elsie is survived by three daughters; Starr Lowery of Eminence, Frances Strube of Ballinger, Texas and Cynthia Reynolds of Marmet, West Virginia; a step-brother, Charles Berthel Fielder, Jr. of University City, Texas; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Elsie will be cremated and Prewitt Funeral Home, New Castle, Kentucky were in charge of arrangements.
