Margaret Roush, a beloved longtime resident of Georgetown, passed away on August 10, 2026. She shared a life filled with love and family with her husband, Charles “Chuck” Roush.
Margaret was a member of the Extension Homemakers and the Georgetown Art Guild. She found joy in sewing, crocheting, cross-stitching, cooking, baking, birdwatching, and she was a talented artist. Her creativity, warmth, and kindness touched all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert.
Margaret is survived by her devoted husband, Chuck; her brother, Dale; her four children and their spouses, Tracy and David, Laura and Larry, Karen and Mark, and Scott and Courtney; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all who knew her.A private memorial service is scheduled in Southlake, Texas.
