Russell Don Parker, 86, of Round Rock, died Thursday, February 1, 2024. Don was born December 8, 1937, to Russell and Irene Parker in Georgetown, Texas.
After Don graduated from Georgetown High School in 1956, he went on to Study at Texas A&M.
In 1956, Don met Mary Frances Rogers in Odessa, Texas, while he was working in the oil fields. They married on October 18, 1957, and together raised five children, Kevin, Dawn Carol, Clay, Mark and Ryan.
Don was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Irene, his older brother Rondald, his older sister Wilma, and his son Ryan. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, elder son Kevin, Dawn Carol and her husband Alan, Clay and his wife Vicky, Mark and his wife Amelia, grandson Cameron and four nieces.
Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4232 Sam Bass Road, Round Rock, Texas, on Saturday, February 17, at 1 p.m.
