1.6. Review, evaluate, and propose a Capital Improvement Plan that is based on a needs analysis for improving the infrastructure for both pedestrians and vehicles in Downtown.

The City seeks a turnkey outsourcing relationship with one or more companies to assist the City on an as-needed basis with various reviews. Successful respondent shall be experienced in a wide variety of plan review services to include preliminary plats, final plats, minor plats, amending plats and replats, infrastructure construction plan review, site plan review.
