A Cashier's Check or Certified Check upon a national or state bank or Bid Bond payable to WBW Single Development Group, LLC - Series 103 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid (Bidder's Check or Bid Bond), must accompany the bid proposals as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within ten (10) days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Bidder's Check or Bid Bond will be forfeited and become the property of the Owner should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish bonds acceptable to the Owner within ten (10) days after award of the contract. The Williamson County Commissioners Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on Wednesday, February 08, 2023 at 10:00AM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.
