–Increase funding to Helping Hands of Georgetown/Social Service Food Pantry
Food pantry services to qualified clients.

Medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, case management and rental assistance for victims of human trafficking.

Provide individual and group therapy, small and large group presentations, crises intervention, psychiatric care, medication monitoring and family therapy to participating schools in Eastern Williamson County. Project will rehabilitate 104 units at Stonehaven Public Housing with required electrical upgrades. Including but not limited to, provide and install new meter bases, new meters, and new main disconnect switches at the service entry to each dwelling unit. Provide and install new copper ground wire and rod at each service to comply with current code. Upgrade any existing ungrounded circuits to three-wire grounded circuits. Extend larger service wiring from new meter base to the existing location of the load center (breaker panel) inside the unit. Provide and install a new 100-amp (or larger) load center in units where there is presently a 70-amp load center, complete with all new circuit breakers for existing circuits. Replace all switches and plugs. Install GFCI’s. Replace riser pipes to meter cans. Install smoke detectors in bedrooms. Replacement of Exterior pad-mounted fused distribution panels. Upgrade the exterior pad-mounted fused distribution panels adjacent to pad-mounted transformers. In addition, some of the conduits entering the panels on pad-mounted transformers and into metering enclosures were observed to be corroded and exposes conductors to
unauthorized personnel. The external metal service entrance conduits need to be grounded at the panels and conduit needs to be reworked.

–Habitat for Humanity 21st Street Project
Change the subrecipient from Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County to the City of Georgetown for the 21st Street Project. Project and funding amount will remain the same. Change only affects the subrecipient.
Design and construct a water and wastewater line for Shepherd’s Village, a 12 unit condominium development of homes located at 502 W 21st Street, Georgetown to be sold to potential homeowner’s earning between 60% to 80% of the Area Median Income.

Under the authority and by virtue of an ORDER OF SALE dated and issued on the 11th day of January 2023, pursuant to the judgment of the Honorable 395th District Court of Williamson County, State of Texas by the clerk of said courts as shown in the following schedule of cases, Cause Number 21-0441-C395: Stonehedge Home Owners Association, AKA Churchill Farms Home Owners Association, Plaintiff(s) recovered a judgment on the 26th day of July 2022, against Heather Morse, Defendant(s) in the amount of:
$2,730.60, plus $5,816.13 in attorney fees, plus costs of court, associated fees and interest.
To me directed and delivered as Constable in Williamson County, I have seized and levied upon the following property on February 22, 2023 at 2:10 pm and will on the 1st Tuesday of April 2023, that being April 4, 2023, at the Williamson County Courthouse Annex, 405 MLK in Georgetown, Texas between the hours of Ten O’clock A.M. and Four O’clock P.M. proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all of the right, title, and interest of the said Defendant(s), Heather Morse, in the real property as described below in order to satisfy said judgment, interest, penalties, and costs.
Legal Description: Lot 14, Block M, of Stonehedge, Section One, an addition in Williamson County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet G, Slides 280-282, of the Plat Records and amended in volume 2434, Page 857 and volume 2448, page 700 of the official records of Williamson County, Texas more commonly known as 400 Belmont Drive, Georgetown, Texas, 78626
Any properties sold shall be subject to the right of redemption of the defendants or any person having an interest therein, redeem, the property or their interest therein if allowed, within the time and in the manner provided by law.
