Pursuant to Section 271.116 of the Texas Local Government Code, it is the intention of the WILLIAMSON COUNTY ESD #3 to select a prime contractor by using the competitive sealed proposal process for the construction of buildings and site work located at Hutto Fire Rescue Station No. 4, 161 Klattenhoff Lane, Hutto, Texas. The total estimated budget is $4,250,000.00.

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on April 11, 2023, at 3:00PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.
