Wilco projects on D. B. Wood Road, University Boulevard progress

Commissioners Tuesday heard a road bond project update from Robert Daigh, senior director of infrastructure for Williamson County. Precinct 1 Construction began on Ranch to Market Road 620 at Railroad and Chisholm Trail, from the Interstate 35 frontage road to Deep Wood Drive.

Human remains discovered in South Wilco field

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday evening responded to a call from a field off Toll Road 45 and Mopac, where a worker discovered skeletal human remains. According to the sheriff ’s office, detectives responded and confirmed the remains are human.

November election right around the corner
