 Ascension Seton Williamson broke ground on a $230 million Round Rock hospital expansion project September 26. The project will bring a new six-story tower, along with 160 beds, two new operating rooms, an additional MRI, a new cath lab, an observation unit and an expanded emergency room.

Ascension Seton set for $230 million Round Rock expansion

To address the needs of Williamson County’s growing population, Ascension Seton Williamson announced on Tuesday, October 17, it will spend $230 million to expand its presence in Round Rock.

On August 21, Ascension opened its new special care facility in the Wolf Ranch area that will provide services for dermatology, surgery and orthopedics.  Ascension expands their presence in the Georgetown area with this newest facility.
