Bibliofiles: Library announced Sculptors Show winners

There are 72 sculptures throughout the Georgetown Public Library which are part of the 18th-annual Texas Society of Sculptors Summer Show.Earlier this summer, visitors to the Library had the chance to vote for their favorite piece, and we thank everyone who participated.

It’s a new year, which means there is new art at the Georgetown Public Library. Emily Latham’s “The Georgetown Collection” will be on display in the first-floor café gallery. Latham’s linocut prints celebrate the small businesses, restaurants, and historic buildings that make Georgetown home. Mr.

Every spring, the Georgetown Public Library hosts an open call during which artists and organizations are encouraged to submit their proposals for next year’s exhibits. There are three exhibit spaces in the Library, the Café Gallery downstairs and the Hall and Bridge Galleries upstairs.
