Tenors to perform at two fundraisers this week supporting Palace Theatre rebuild effort

Support the Palace by attending an intimate deluxe performance by Tenors UnLimited (the “Rat Pack of Opera”) from the United Kingdom on Thursday, March 26, at City Post Chophouse. Drinks and heavy appetizers are part of the package. Buy tickets ($100 each) at https://georgetownpalace.ludus.

Holocaust exhibit offers children glimpse at history

Congregation Havurah Shalom, in partnership with the Georgetown Public Library will be hosting its Holocaust exhibit “A Reason to Remember” from April 13 to May 21. Deborah Roth-Howe will talk about the families featured in the exhibit on April 12, from 2-4 p.m.

Art Scapes: Mainly Art season begins in Round Rock’s Prete Plaza

The 2026 Spring season of Mainly Art begins on March 28 in downtown Round Rock from 10 a.m., until 3 p.m. This monthly event continues as a vibrant, free, outdoor art market held along historic Main Street from March to June in Prete Plaza and the downtown Paseo.

Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day with Georgetown events

The third Monday of January is always reserved for Martin Luther King Jr. Day to remember the civil rights leader and his contributions to the people of the United States and beyond. In Georgetown, there are three events that take place annually to honor the legacy of Dr. King.

Jazz in Georgetown concerts set for 2026

Austin Jazz Society set its schedule of Georgetown shows for the coming year.The Jazz in Georgetown series will include 10 concerts, held at First Presbyterian Church of Georgetown, 703 South Church Street, on Sunday afternoons from 2-3:30 p.m.
