Round Rock man gets 10 years for elder abuse

A Williamson County jury sentenced 35-year-old Nicholas Stasney of Round Rock to 10 years in prison for the assault of his 70-year-old mother in their shared home on Friday, June 12.

Community effort needed to address homelessness

County awarded for employee mental health policies

The Bell Seal recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum recognition levels. Williamson County announced that Mental Health America was awarded a 2024 Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health during the June 18 Commissioners Court meeting.

Mental health hospital opens youth wing

Rock Springs — a mental health clinic on SE Inner Loop —  held a ribbon-cutting on Wednesday, January 31, to celebrate the completion of the new adolescent wing to the facility, known as the Maple Unit.

Mental health providers report cost-saving update to county

Cedar Park gains new mental health clinic

Mental health clinic Family Care Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Cedar Park on Tuesday.   Located on Medial Parkway near the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, the building will offer patients with a wide range of mental health treatments.
