Georgetown’s Baylor Scott & White expands coverage

Sun City’s Baylor Scott & White clinic at 4945 Williams Drive has expanded in order to provide more services to its patients. The clinic added 15,000 square feet of space, updated their facility and added new specialties and providers.

Sun City learns about wildlife in heatwaves

Dangerous heat has already been the focus this summer in Central Texas. While some residents plan to stay indoors to beat the weather until the fall, wildlife doesn’t have that option. Sun City Nature Club recently hosted an event titled “The Impact of Summer on Wildlife.

Georgetown Police investigating stray bullets that struck Sun City homes

When Kirk and Kate Kelley purchased their Sun City home last September, they never expected a bullet would one day shoot through their screened back porch and embed itself in a wall. That’s what happened, though, sometime recently, Mr. Kelley said. The bullet was discovered on April 25.

Sun City Illinois/Chicago Club embraces baseball season

Spring is a time of new beginnings including the start of baseball season. Thirty Major League Baseball teams kicked off the season March 30, the first time since 1968 that every team played their opening game on the same day. Fans watched 15 exciting games around the country.
