Vivian Marie Ickes, 80, of Austin, passed away July 26, 2026.  She was born April 15, 1946, to Edward and Bobbie (Brock) Ickes in Georgetown, Texas.  She graduated from Georgetown High School in 1964 and received a BA in English and Spanish from Southwestern University in 1968.

George Lee Meyners passed away in his home in Georgetown, Texas, July 8, 2026.Lee was born August 15, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to Theodore (Ted) and Ruth Meyners. As a high school student, Lee fell in love with airplanes and in college, joined the NAVCADS Naval Aviation Program.
