    Calling Georgetown ISD’s in-the-works Strategic Direction Plan the “most important work the district has ever done,” Superintendent Fred Brent lifted the curtain just a little during his 2023 State of the District Address on Thursday, March 2. 

    The new plan grew out of the aftermath of the Covid-19 crisis, he said.
