Multiple Municipal Utility Districts are coming to Georgetown, with plans including more housing and potential commercial uses.
In a special workshop earlier this month, Georgetown City Council discussed proposed MUDs, the challenges they pose for the city, who is responsible for water and wastewater, and what associated road development would look like.
