Nolan died August 14, 2026, at his home. He was born December 25, 1941, in Hubbard Texas. to the late Jack and Notie Hawkins. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Florence, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his Mom Notie, Dad Jack, and Stepmom Lavina, siblings Dollie, Billy, Jacky, David, Bobby, Sonny, Judy, Jimmy, James Allen and Shorty.

Survivors include his wife Donna, sons Mike (Kim) of Florence, Texas, Bobby (Danita), of Florence, Texas and daughters Tammy (Frank) of Spring Lake, Michigan, and Lorie (Donny) of Ovalo, Texas, 8 grandkids; Chris, Tyler, Cheslie, Travis, Landon, Bobby Jr, Jordan, and Emerson  and 13 great grandkids; Emilee, Lydia, Mackenzie, Stella, Kade, Declan, Haddie, Tatum, Taos, Tripp, Tilly, Adalynn, and Cooper, siblings Rudy, Sammy, Mike, Linda, Joe, Larry, and many nieces, nephews, friends and cherished friends, Gilbert and Shirley, along with their grandson Levi.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Altus Hospice for the compassionate care, comfort, and support they provided during his final days.
