Lt. Col. Ray Charles LaFleur passed away on January 10, 2025. He was a retired Air Force Veteran of 20 Years having served in Vietnam, South Korea and Japan. After retirement he went to work for the State of Texas Department of Human Resources for 18 years.

Michael Wayne Wiseman was born August 17, 1947, in Monterey, California to William Redford Wiseman and Gladys Helen Andrews, and unexpectedly passed away in his home in Georgetown, Texas, on January 4, 2025.

Dr. Robert Edward McClung

Dr. Robert Edward McClung passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 76. He was born in Dallas, Texas, on October 26, 1948, to Edward and Jane McClung. Dr. McClung was a lifelong scholar, so much so that listing out all his degrees has proved difficult.

Edward “Ed” Jensen

Edward “Ed” Jensen was born in Pampa, Texas, on May 23, 1939, to Soren Jensen, Sr. and Eula Nora Shapard Jensen.He attended school in Pampa, graduating in 1957. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served for three years, being honorably discharged in 1960.

James Weldon Wade

James Weldon Wade, 94, of Georgetown passed away on January 6, surrounded by his daughters. He was originally of the small community of Andice, Texas, born on May 7, 1930, the youngest child to Clarence Hosea and Ruby (Baker) Wade.

Phillip Pierce

Phillip Pierce of Georgetown, Texas, passed peacefully at his residence, Brookdale Senior Living, on January 9, 2025, at the age of 96.

Lenard Lavan Wenzel

Lenard Lavan Wenzel was born in Travis County, Texas, on his family’s farm, near the community of Richland close to Manor, Texas, on June 15, 1938. His parents were Bennie Wenzel and Alma (Schmidt) Wenzel. He was baptized and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Richland.

Paul (Pablo) Martinez

On Monday, December 23, 2024, Paul (Pablo) Martinez, loving brother and father of five children, passed away at age 86.Paul was born in Florence, Texas, on May 22, 1938, to Gregorio and Luz Martinez. He served in the Military, Branch U.S. Navy. Retired butcher at HEB of 30 years.
