Georgetown Costco to open July 14

Four years after Georgetown City Council approved initial plans to build a Costco at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Lakeway Drive, the membership warehouses store will open on July 14.

Costco Wholesale teases June opening in Georgetown

Georgetown’s very own Costco Wholesale should be operating by June of this year, according to the company’s website. The update is found on the “New Locations Coming Soon” page of the company website.
On New Year’s Day, construction takes a break on the new H-E-B on West University across from Wolf Ranch Town Center. The street-facing facade is in place and the store is expected to open later this year. On the left, work continues on Ascension Seton Health Center. The center will include outpatient specialties, surgeries and imaging services. Ascension plans to open in June. (Photos by Clark Thurmond)
