Juneteenth celebrations happening this weekend

Georgetown’s 73rd annual Juneteenth celebration will include a photo exhibit, live entertainment, a parade and a historical marker unveiling over the next week. Some events are a partnership between the city and the Georgetown Cultural Citizen Memorial Association.

Are you ready for summer? The Georgetown Public Library is! Summer reading kicks off on June 1 for all ages, whether you are 2 or 102. The theme this year is Color Our World, so let your creativity flow at one of our events or check out something to inspire you.
