The City of Georgetown's electric utility will spend over $330 million over the next five fiscal years to keep up with demand from new customers.

An initial plan for the NOVA mixed-use project — which spans two tracts of land — shows C3 commercial zoning along Shell Road, as well as high- and low-density multi-family.
