Guadalupe Vallejo, born on April 3, 1937, of Mexico, peacefully passed away on March 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. Guadalupe was the beloved daughter of Midio Vallejo and Elesia Rojas.
Guadalupe became a widow in 1994, after the passing of her beloved Clemente Aviles. For 31 years, she embraced life as a devoted homemaker, nurturing her family with unwavering love and care. Guadalupe had a special talent for knitting and sewing, her hands were known for their healing touch. Her massages were legendary among family and friends, providing comfort and relief to all who sought her care.
Guadalupe is survived by one brother Thomas Vallejo and her beloved eight children: Alfonsa, Bernardo (with spouse Francisca), Mario, Marfelia, Silvestre, Juan (with spouse Raquel), Aquillina (with spouse Mario), and Maria (with spouse Juan). Guadalupe’s legacy continues with her expansive family. She leaves behind 45 adoring grandchildren, and 140 great-grandchildren and has begun a lineage of 20 great-great-grandchildren. A testament to the enduring love and warmth she shared with her family.
Guadalupe is preceded in death by her parents, Midio and Elesia, husband Clemente Aviles, brothers Ignacio and Rufino, sisters Benita, Lola and Fuasta, and great-granddaughter Marissa Golmon. Guadalupe’s passing was of natural life, a reminder that even the most colorful threads must eventually come to an end.
