Timothy Glenn Elliott

Timothy Glenn Elliott, 75, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026, surrounded by family.

Tim was born January 16, 1951, in Houston to Michael John Elliott Sr. and Dorothy Leinbach Elliott. As a boy he played baseball through elementary and middle school and football in high school. He was also active in Boy Scouts and served as an altar boy.

Tim was a devoted father who shared his love of the outdoors with his children through camping trips, fishing, exploring caves across Texas and New Mexico, and beach trips along the Texas coast.

In 1981 Tim moved to Georgetown, where he met Betty. They married in 1990 and shared more than thirty-five years together. Their marriage was rooted in love, family, and their Catholic faith at St. Helen Catholic Church.

Tim adopted Betty’s daughter, Chrissy, and proudly became her father. Together they devoted themselves to her care and well-being.

Tim worked many years as a pipe fitter and journeyman plumber and later served as a supervisor. He was known for his strong work ethic and pride in doing things the right way.

Family remained central to Tim’s life. Summers spent together at the family’s Rockport vacation spot created lasting memories for his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Betty; children Deirdre Elliott Allen (Brad) and Ben Elliott (Mia); siblings Dorothy Miculka and David Elliott; grandchildren Christopher Blom, Henry Rodgers, Clay Elliott, and Aaron Elliott; and a great-grandson expected in April 2026.

May perpetual light shine upon him.

A visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, April 16, from 5-7 pm with the Rosary beginning at 7 pm at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, Tx.

The funeral mass will take place the following afternoon, Friday, April 17, at 2 pm at St. Helen Catholic Church, Georgetown, Tx. After which, Tim will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Tx.
